研究经历与研究成果
浸会大学、美国贝勒医学院、埃默里大学访问学者。计算机科学和化学双学位本科,生物信息学博士。
从事癌症、退行性疾病等的生物信息学研究。建立表观基因组信息分析模型6个,包括核小体预测、多细胞类型染色质动态识别、基于ATAC-Seq和RNA-Seq的细胞类型鉴别,可用于癌症微环境分析;发现阿尔兹海默症治疗靶点GMPR1;识别癌症共同预后标志基因8个。
主持国家项目4项,参与7项。以主要作者发表SCI论文~50篇,授权专利3项;学术著作2部。2020年,在单细胞分析、细胞类型识别等方面有较多进展(7篇SCI论文)。全国电子学会、暴露组学学会会员,20多国际学术刊物审稿专家。
