    近年来主持国家自然科学基金和江苏省博士后基金,参与国家科技部973计划、863计划、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、江苏省自然科学基金等项目10项。

    先后在Anal. Chem., Nanoscale, Chem. Commun., Biosens. Bioelectron.等重要SCI期刊上发表论文70余篇(论文他引约550次,H指数13),授权专利2项。

    获教育部自然科学奖(2011-064,第四完成人,2012年2月)、东南大学教育基金会常州市政府奖教金(2011年6月)等。

    研究方向:

    (1) 金属及其氧化物纳米结构的生物检测和成像应用:设计制备了应用于细胞内谷胱甘肽成像的金属纳米簇;发展了强碱性微腔来可控生长ZnO量子点新方法;制备低温、常压、近中性pH下合成的ZnO六边形薄片和纳米棒,应用于癌细胞的光动力学治疗和细胞荧光成像领域。

    (2) 基于微纳界面生物分子的电子传递和电致化学发光(ECL)技术的生物传感器:研究了碳纳米管、二氧化钛等界面上抗癌药物柔红霉素的电子转移行为,发展癌细胞耐药性检测新方法;利用电化学方法监控低pH下富腺嘌呤寡聚DNA在金电极界面的快速吸附组装;阐明了CdSe 纳米颗粒在正电位下触发的吸附控制ECL 动力学机制,发展了5-羟色胺、碱性磷酸酶等生物分子和叶酸受体过表达细胞的高灵敏检测应用。
