  • 教授简介:

    肖鹏峰,男,52岁, 博士/教授,博士生导师。主要从事生物信息技术研究,在DNA合成、DNA芯片、DNA测序等方面开展基础和应用研究。先后主持完成国家自然科学基金,江苏省自然科学基金、江苏省高技术基金、中国博士后基金等项目,参与863、973项目多项。在“中国科学”、 “ Human Mutation”等中外杂志发表SCI论文50余篇,以第一发明申请人获授权发明专利12项,获省部级科技奖4项(其中第一完成人一项)。提出并实施“的氨基修饰寡核苷酸”获国家重点新产品(证书号:2005ED105019),“基于丙烯酰胺修饰核酸的研究技术”被国内五省20余家科研机构应用,“待测核酸序列的编码及解码方法”在高通量DNA测序中得到应用,“DNA连接测序方法和试剂”实施产业化研究。
